The Bra Fitting Boutique is an essential social space and we see our profession, the Bra Fitter, the Corsetiere, as the most intimate form of Feminism. JOB PURPOSE:
To be a Jenette Bras Ambassador, a Sommelier of Lingerie with an Owner’s mindset, accountable for overall store performance. To guarantee an extraordinary Client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store targets. To manage and coach your small (3-5) close-knit team of women and to ensure succession plans, internal growth, and career satisfaction.

STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUSINESS
Sales performance is maximized
Targeted sales & marketing initiatives are proposed & implemented as approved
Awareness of Jenette Bras is maintained and enhanced in the local market, with new clients attracted and loyal relationships cemented
Manager’s presence on the sales floor ensures proper approach and service to the Clients
Store expenses are controlled in line with company standards
Understanding of Jenette Bras's financial health
Upward communications (to Owners and Operation Heads) are conducted routinely, appropriately, and effectively
You have a knowledge and interest in your store’s neighborhood: businesses, community and demographics
CLIENT
Foster long standing client relationships by focusing on one-on-one fittings, styling, clienteling, VIP services, and hosting events
Strong relationships are fostered with our Studio Services professionals
TEAM
Team spirit is high, proactive, and entrepreneurial
KPIs are met and exceeded
The team is always prepared and updated on the Jenette Bras main company information across all departments
The team is always prepared and updated on product, fabrications, vendor knowledge, local competitors, and the overall lingerie market
The team is always prepared and updated on policies and procedures
The store attracts the best talents available on the market
Staff your store appropriately; managing schedule, vacations, and events
Overseeing our Clientelling Apps to maintain consistency among your Team
All guidelines that the company has in place regarding Human Resources and Safety Precautions
RETAIL
Run an efficient and beautifully kept store that is comfortable to shop and work
Effective store-based product feedback is delivered to the Head of Buying
Company procedures are followed on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting
Merchandise displays to draw attention to new deliveries and sales initiatives in communication with Head of Buying and Operation team
OPERATIONS
Order monthly fills with input from team and Head of Buying and communicate fashion buying needs with Head of Buying
Conduct monthly inventory management
Invoices are consistently tracked and uploaded to Accounts Payable
Understand and be able to teach all systems: Heartland POS, Slack, Endear, Notion, and Google Workplace
Participate in all Manager’s Meetings, propose and develop quarterly and weekly business action plans
EVENTS/MARKETING
Spearhead the creation and organization of local events that have a measurable impact on sales and awareness of your store
Promote awareness of our Strapless is More program that provides undergarments for girls in the foster care system
Create/Delegate Social Media content weekly with your staff that's in alignment with the voice and character of Jenette Bras
Grow client base in distinct store market through community outreach and networking
